This is the knitted version. go to siteThispattern is easy to follow also. you will need size 9 (5.5mm)knitting needles or size needed to obtain gauge. Tapestry Needle. Size G/6/4mm crochet hook.
Finished size 9 1/2 x 34 inches excluding fringe. Gauge 16 sts= 4 inches. Pattern Notes:Slip all stitches as if to knit. Before beginning,cut 60 strands of yarn each 16 inches long.

Bind off loosely.
Fringe:
For each knot of Triple Knot Fringe, fold two 16 inch lon strands in half, with crochet hook, draw folded end from RS to WS through 1st on 1 short end of piece. Draw all yarn ends through folded end and pull tight. Tie 14 additional knots evenly spaced across end. Working left to right. take 2 strands from 1 knot and 2 strands from the knot next to it, and knot strands together. rep with remaining strands. Working left to right, the 3rd row of knots are done in the same manner as before and on the oppsite side of the piece. Trim ends.
